Through the discipline of coaching and using different methodologies such as gamification workshops, team dynamics, reflection and construction activities, mindfulness, etc. Students will be able to discover how their brain works and develop ways of acting that enhance their strengths.

Methodology
Each session is structured as an independent workshop, although all the sessions maintain an interrelation in order to favor an integral development of the student.
Small groups allow working with an individualized methodology, sharing learning experiences among all group members and making it possible for each participant to become the protagonist of their own growth process.
All sessions begin with a few minutes of guided mindfulness practice, to enhance concentration, promote relaxation and access to the right side of the brain.
