Join one of the most complete and best quality coaching programs of the moment leaded by Gorka Bartolome, MCC by the ICF. This intensive training program approved by the ICF as ACSTH will take you through the whole process to become a successful life coach and business and team coach as well.
Our team has developed one of the most complete coach training programs on the international market. It comprises 175 face-to-face training hours that include both theoretical training and the practical application of this theory through exercises. In addition, given that the practice and mentoring of coaching sessions is an important aspect to ensure good training, our training modules include sessions performed by students, observed and supervised by the trainers.
The structure of the training is as follows: the ACC training level, 72 ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours); the PCC training level, 103 ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours).

As you may already know, coaching is a non-directive process which permits the coach to establish a framework or container for people and teams to self-reflect, self-learn and co-create ways to achieve their objectives or desired outcomes, while allowing the best version of themselves or their team to emerge.
Like any professional practice or skill, becoming a good coach requires equally good apprenticeship training and personal path to self-discovery. Do-Ceo Training offers the combination to passionate and interested individuals in an ICF-certified non-directive, humanist coach training program that has been exceptionally received by the University of Lleida (Spain) Master’s Degree students in coaching.
We believe that our Program is the purest form of coaching training that one can find anywhere, because it develops skills in a manner which naturally optimizes the brain mechanisms involved in the development or enhancement of one’s creativity. At the same time, it provides a rigorous approach to coaching because the trainee becomes aware of their inner “workings” and becomes more able to “show up” in a more objective way.
