This event will be carried out by Gorka Bartolomé. He is an ICF Master Certified Coach and registered mentor. He has a degree in piano and chamber music, a postgraduate degree in pedagogy from Tel-Aviv University and a Master in Applied Sociology and a Master in Medieval European Identity in the field of Historical Construction of Europe. He is currently developing his doctorate in the field of neuroscience and coaching at UDL. In addition, he is an expert in Emotional Intelligence, an Expert in Micro-Expressions by the Ekman Institute and Certified Trainer of the Points of You and Lego® Serious Play® methodologies.

His projection as coach and mentor of coaches has led him to work with clients and companies from North America, Europe, the Middle East, Central America and Russia. Among the main organizations he has worked with are American Express, Xerox, Kamax, Reckitt Benckiser. Currently, it combines the performance of individual and team coaching processes at the national and international levels, with the training and mentoring of coaches in various international schools and universities and conferences. He is also the director of the masters in organizational and educational coaching at the University of Lleida.
