Do-Ceo Training is committed to proactive responsibility for the use of data, in accordance with the duty of confidentiality described in article 5.1 f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, where all the departments of the Company in charge of data processing ( Management, Administration and Marketing) will comply with the appropriate use of the data, reserved its confidential nature.

As an entity that makes use of personal and confidential data, Do-Ceo Training will keep its Users informed of the treatment of the information provided. Next, we specify the purposes of the use of data:

1. Identify our Users. To offer a personalized service and identify that the deal is not established with an automated system, it is necessary to confirm the relationship of the data provided with the identity of the user.
2. Maintain direct and personalized communication. All information belonging to the contact (name, email address or mobile phone) will be treated exclusively as a means of communication between the user and the Company (Do-Ceo Training).
3. Offer additional services. The Company may request contact information from those Users who wish to subscribe to additional and promotional services, such as the Newsletter, being able to cancel said services at any time.

All the information provided will be kept in the Company's database throughout the service period.

• In the case of a coaching process client, the information will be stored permanently during the requested service, until the client decides to end the service and the deal with the Company.
• Regarding the students present or alumni (former students), the information will be stored permanently to maintain the relationship between the Company and Users, until the user decides to end said relationship.
• In relation to the information provided during the choice of a service, training or specific communication with the Company (request more information, special contact, direct mail to the company), the information will be stored for a maximum of 15 days after the Company responds to the communication.

We do not rent, sell or share User information with any third party except in the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

In the event of any loss or vulnerability of the data, Do-Ceo Training is committed to taking the necessary actions to resolve the security breach. We consider as a security breach "Any violation that causes the destruction, loss or accidental or illegal alteration of personal data sent, stored, or otherwise processed, or the unauthorized communication or access thereof". The actions that will be carried out in this case are:

1. Detect the incident, discovering exactly the affected information and the cause of its vulnerability.
2. Communicate to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) the incident and the reason for it within a maximum period of 72 hours from the knowledge of the security breach.
3. Notify affected Users of the incident.
